The Policy: As members of the Bel Air Recreation Committee, we shall follow their inclement weather policy, which reads: "If recreation councils are conducting events (rehearsals or concerts) at private facilities in Harford County or any facility outside of Harford County, it will be their responsibility to cancel those programs due to inclement weather."
On those such days, Jay and Liz shall make a decision and send an email after 4 pm to confirm or cancel our event. The information will also be posted on our web site.
Liz will phone each Section Leader to inform them of the cancellation.
Each Section Leader shall call all the members of their section to alert them of the cancellation as a follow-up measure to ensure everyone knows of the cancellation.
